After receiving a corporate buyout of his eight-office real estate business in Perth, Australia, Lawrie, his wife and their three children traveled the entire USA in a motorhome for two years and visited 44 states. Falling in love with Lake Norman, the Lawrences decided to settle in Mooresville. Lawrie went about doing what he does best and set up a boutique agency on Brawley School Road.
