About Sue Kent

Sue was born in Atlanta but raised in New Jersey where she was surrounded by four brothers and grew up climbing trees and playing ball. She was drawn back to the South to attend Wake Forest University and graduated with a degree in Mathematics and Business, with a minor in Computer Science. Working in the computer software industry in customer support, management of technical staff, and finally in sales, her work moved her all over the country from Boston to Philadelphia to Los Angeles before returning to Winston-Salem to raise her family. She has been in Winston-Salem for the past 31 years and can't think of a better place to live, raise children and work. Sue loves to be outdoors and when she isn't working you'll find her running, kayaking or playing golf. Community involvement is very important to Sue. She has worked for NWNC Disability Advocates and Prodigals Community. In 2010 she received an Echo Award from the Winston-Salem Foundation for her work with PIRD and Habitat for Humanity, facilitating four Habitat builds over ten years. Her customer relations and project management skills serve her well in the real estate world. Sue is proud to be a part of Leonard Ryden Burr, serving the Triad's real estate needs.
