She holds the coveted CRS Certification (held by less than 3% of all REALTORS nationwide). This certification is the pinnacle of certifications for REALTORS. It is only achieved by education and experience. In addition to her CRS Certification, she holds her Military Residential Specialist Certification. As a daughter of an Army veteran, Sarah is focused on the needs of veterans and their families. Technology plays a huge role in real estate and Sarah holds the ePro Ceritifcation. This is a unique certification focuses on digital marketing techniques for real estate agents. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Sarah had a long career in the medical field. As a former Emergency Room Nurse and Critical Care Transport Nurse, Sarah is able to easily navigate the most stressful of situations thus making sure her clients have a smoothe transaction! Her ability to handle high stress situations sets her apart from the crowd. She is also a sticker for details. Her nursing career engrained in her the ability to keep precise records allowing for a seamless process. Whether you are looking to buy or sell, Sarah will create a plan customized just for you! She will make sure that the process meets your specific needs. Her goal is to make sure that you are well taken care of throughout the entire process! But that is not the end of her work. Once you buy or sell with Sarah, you are family. She will be there anytime you need her. Sarah grew up in South Charlotte in Foxcroft and attended Charlotte Latin and West Charlotte Senior High. She has personally watched the growth of Charlotte and surrounding communities and will be able to guide you giving important information about the past, present and future of the Charlotte Metro Real Estate Market. Sarah believes in being involved beyond helping clients by and sell real estate. Sarah served on the Ethics Committee with Canopy MLS from 2017-2020. She now serves on the MLS Advisory Board for Canopy MLS. Sarah loves rescue dogs and is the founder of Shelter Dog Home - a Foundation created to help shelter dogs find their furever home. Her passion to help these dogs started when she adopted her dogs Chunk a basset hound/german shepherd mix and Shadow a Newfoundland Lab mix. Sarah loves spending time with her husband Todd and two grown children, John Robert and Hayden. When not doing real estate, Sarah can be found traveling the world. She recently visited Montana where she toured Glacier National Park, went snow mobiling, dog sledding and ice fishing in -13 degree snow.
