MoveToGreenvilleNC.com Hello ! Consider Michele Connors Your REALTOR Thanks for stopping on my profile . I have been a full time Realtor in NC for 30+ years. That calculates to nearly 2,000 homes sold ! I am well established and well respected amongst my peers. I'd love to be YOUR Realtor. First , when you hire me, you work directly with me through the entire process. I am not part of a "team " where you get shuffled from person to person during different stages of your transaction.. This is an important endeavor and you have my direct attention. Secondly, Buying and selling is an emotional journey. For me, and my business model, I find my clients are best served with my hands on approach. Being directly involved provides proper communication and confidence in the process. Whether it is Retirement, Second Home, Custom Home, Luxury Home, Downsizing, Investing, Military Move or Simply Making a Dream Come True... It would be my pleasure to be your personal Realtor. Buyers: In today's competitive real estate market,it is important to have a Realtor working for your best interest. It would be my pleasure to assist you with your property search and purchase. I am well connected with the community and often tell my buyer clients finding the right home begins with discussing your lifestyle and interests. It becomes a matchmaking process for me to locate a home that is situated in a convenient location to utilize what the community offers! Sellers: The past few years have been quite the sellers market for Pitt County and Eastern NC. Inventory is low which means sellers are getting top dollar. This cycle will not last forever. If you own real estate that you're thinking of selling, lets talk ! I would be happy to provide you with a professional and FREE Home Evaluation. Local market conditions are changing quickly...I am prepared to bring my personal marketing plan. With over 30+ years in the business full-time, I have honed my skills to prepare sellers for listing their homes and pricing them right! Remember you only get one chance to make a first impression ! In addition, if you have any general questions about buying or selling real estate in North Carolina, as each state follows their own laws- simply call or email me.
