About Mary Ann Feavel

With over 43 years of real estate experience, I would have to say, real estate is certainly a part of who I am. After moving to Carolina Trace in 2004, it didn't take me long to realize that Carolina Trace is a "special place" and I felt so fortunate to have discovered this "paradise on earth." I began my real estate career on Long Island, NY, and graduated from a sales person, to a broker, to office manager, to a partner and then to owner. After owning my own office, I realized I missed having the everyday contact with people, and I wanted that back again. I sold my office, but remained there for an additional 11 years. I was a very successful Realtor, receiving many sales awards, but more importantly, I was the recipient of the Century 21 Quality Service Award for 11 years running. I firmly believe the three most important aspects of real estate are ETHICS,TRUST, and SERVICE and I assure you that I live by all three!!! If you are looking for a Realtor who is still excited by what she does, lives by honesty, and thrives on service, look no further and please give me a call.
