Born in Ohio and raised on the beautiful Outer Banks of North Carolina, Felecia moved to Greenville, NC in 1992 and graduated from East Carolina University. She launched her real estate career in 2002 and has experienced continuous, year-over-year success. Felecia has a proven record of leadership, serving as the 2014 President of the Greenville/Pitt Association of Realtors after eight years on the Board of Directors. She has also dedicated many years to the Professional Standards Committee. Her professional credentials include the GRI designation, graduation from two Star Power Universities, and ongoing participation in national real estate conferences to stay ahead of market trends and best practices. Felecia is equally passionate about giving back. She volunteers with the Carolina Pregnancy Center, supports numerous local charities, and leads small groups at her church.
