About Alyssa Roccanti

Agents always have a story on how they got into the real estate business. My sister has been a real estate agent in California for over 20 years, she has been an amazing mentor and she said you'll do well in real estate, give it a try. As soon as I started selling real estate over 16 years ago I was hooked, real estate is my passion! I love the look on a clients face when they find their home or when I tell them I have received an offer on their property. Educating clients throughout the process, answering questions and getting to know clients is an amazing experience. Buying and selling a home is one of the largest investments in a persons life and I enjoy getting to be a part of that. Since being in the real estate industry I have helped more than 400 families buy and sell homes. Buying or selling a home involves hard work and follow up, it's all those fine details that often matter the most when choosing a real estate agent. It is my goal to familiarize my clients with the area, surrounding neighborhoods and real estate options so that you can make informed decisions. My personal commitment is to provide my clients with service beyond their expectations and strive to educate my clients on every aspect of the transaction. I will go the distance to be your proactive, trusted, real estate advisor. I have been a resident in the Lake Norman Area for over 17 years and love all that Charlotte and Lake Norman have to offer! I have been a west coast girl living in California then moved to the east coast in sunny South Florida and truly love calling the Carolinas home! When I am not out helping clients I enjoy being with my husband, sons and yorkie. Feel free to text or call me 704-654-9305 when you have any real estate questions.
